We’ve created Flashteams primarily to help us work effectively with our business partners and collaborators network. We needed insight into our partners’ detailed technical skillsets in order to be able to provide software teams on-demand to our clients in team-leasing model.

Flashteams is a database of software engineers, their skills, and projects. It helps to share expert skills among collaborating companies and thus shorten time for assembling a software team for customers. It helps to alleviate the problem of not sufficient amount of available engineers on the market by sharing experts between companies.
